The Rx Review caught up with Amy Dracup on the eve of the 2014 CrossFit Season to find out her goals and aspirations this year.
After finishing 4th and 7th at the past two Australia Regional’s, the 11th place finisher at the 2011 CrossFit Games has her eyes set on another podium finish this year come Regional time.
In the video interview above, Amy Dracup talks how about the pressure got to her after her maiden appearance at the Games, life under new coach Rob Forte, and whether or not she thinks she can win the 2014 CrossFit Games.
The 32 year-old also gives us her thoughts on the CrossFit Open and who she thinks will podium at the 2014 Australia Regional.
